freelancer acceptance process

The process to be a vested freelancer with Virtual Office Team requires a degree of commitment and high skill set.

We want to make sure you are completely committed and have the skills required before we set you up with a client. After the interview process is complete and you are asked to join us you will be asked to submit a screening, which will verify your identity, perform a criminal check, public search and verify your employment information.

Once you have completed and passed the screening, you will receive a testing packet. This will test your basic computing skills, will include 2 typing tests, Microsoft Office Suite and your general internet and technical abilities.

You will then also be tested in the specific areas and skills set which you want to serve our clients. There is no cost for the testing and you can take the tests as many times as you need to achieve desirable results.

Once we receive your results, we will evaluate your test scores and build a profile. Your profile is used to match your skill set with the needs of clients. We do not guarantee that you will be able to meet our standards and will be feature as a freelancer on Virtual Office Team.

Only 3 % of all applicants are accepted as freelancers. This ensures high levels of commitment and amazing productivity.
